Broadcast Media Cinema Expo (BMCE) 2026 will be held from 17–19 July 2026 at the Chennai Trade Centre, Chennai.
Formerly known as Cinema Today, BMCE is South India’s premier trade exhibition and conference dedicated to the broadcast, cinema, OTT, content creation, production, and post-production industries. The exhibition is co-located with Image Today Asia, one of India’s leading trade exhibitions for photography, videography, and digital imaging. Now in its 26th consecutive year, Image Today Asia has established itself as one of South India’s largest trade exhibitions for photography, videography, digital imaging, studio equipment, and content creation.
Why Chennai? Why South India?
South India is one of India’s most influential media and entertainment hubs, home to three of the country’s four largest film industries, approximately 4,600 cinema screens, and 180+ television channels. Yet, many major industry events continue to be concentrated in Mumbai and Delhi.
Broadcast Media Cinema Expo addresses this gap by bringing the latest broadcast, cinema, OTT, and content creation technologies to Chennai, creating a dedicated platform where broadcasters, filmmakers, production houses, technology providers, content creators, and media professionals can connect, collaborate, and explore new business opportunities.
