Trichy June 2026: Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan, successfully hosted the GIXXER Pit Stop in Kumbakonam. The customer engagement activity witnessed participation from over 130 motorcycle enthusiasts, bringing together the local riders for a day that celebrated the spirit of motorcycling.
Conducted at S.E.T Mahal in the city, the GIXXER Pit Stopoffered participants with an opportunity to experience the performance of the GIXXER Series through curated test rideswhile strengthening connections within the growing Suzuki rider community in the region.

At the core of the event was the Suzuki GIXXER Series, recognised for its proven endurance with national records of 2,802.3 km (150cc) and 3,259.0 km (250cc) covered in 24 hours in India. Known for their engine performance & durability, riding comfort, low speed handling and premium build quality, the GIXXER series continues to appeal to performance-focused riders.
The event began with a scenic long ride-out, enabling participants to experience the motorcycles’ comfort, acceleration, braking, and overall handling. Adding a dynamic element, the Traffic Drive Challenge, a timed obstacle course simulating city traffic, put riders’ control, agility, and precision to the test. Participants also benefited from complimentary bike check-ups along with practical riding tips, enhancing their overall ownership experience.
Further strengthening engagement with Suzuki’s growing fan base, the platform encouraged interaction through city-based GIXXER Clubs, where influencers and experienced riders shared their ownership journeys and riding experiences.
