Hosted by Narchinthanai Vattam, IYA-TNSC, in collaboration with the Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, the event marked a significant milestone in promoting the profound benefits of yoga.
Distinguished yoga luminary, Prof. Dr. R. Elangovan, graced the occasion as the esteemed chief guest, adding prestige and wisdom to the celebration. With the theme “Yoga for Women’s Empowerment,” IDY 2024 aimed to spotlight the holistic well-being of women across physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions.
