SuperLyfe attends South India’s mega job fair for the differently-abled and transpersons

Chennai: 

SuperLyfe, a 30-year-old company being successfully run by a differently-abled entrepreneur, attended South India’s mega job fair for the differently-abled and transpersons held in Loyola College in Chennai on May 21. It hired 30 persons at the fair. 

The company offers high-quality men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing in a variety of styles. All of the outfits are under INR. 499. Only by having its own production unit is it possible to provide uncompromising quality at such a reasonable price. SuperLyfe has five outlets in Chennai: Virugambakkam, Poonamallee, Madipakkam, Jamalia, and Guduvanchery, all of which have a variety of offers for clients. Mr. Sultan’s father created this company with the goal of providing clothing for everyone at a reasonable price.

Co founder Sultan Refai was born with a rare disease called Osteogenesis Imperfecta. In this condition bones easily gets fractured, He got 200+ fractures so far. 

He said, “We took part in a recruiting campaign with Loyola College with the sole purpose of hiring people who are differently abled and transgenders. The organization created such initiatives because equality is one of our major values, and we wanted to give chances for people who are differently abled and transgenders to encourage inclusion in the workplace. We are excited to collaborate with them. With fresh ideas, we want to better serve our consumers.”

Explaining why SuperLyfe participated in this job fair, he added, “As our motto says “Apparel for all” we wish to give chances for those who are differently-abled and transgenders since equality is one of our major values. This will encourage diversity in the workplace. We will also learn about fresh people’s perspectives and ideas as we recruit them which will allow us to serve our consumers better.”
