The most sought-after barbecue restaurant brand in the city, Absolute Barbecue is organizing a streetfood festival from 23 March to 3 April to all its outlets in Chennai – T.Nagar, Hanumantha Road, Porur, Chrompet, Vivira Mall-OMR, Velachery&Adyar.
AB’s has been presenting different food and topical festivals to offer always something extra to their customers. Not only for the food but the brand is also famous for creating breathtaking ambiance inside their restaurant. This food festival is also based on a theme – “The treats you crave from the street”, the decoration & the ambiance will certainly make you spellbound.
As many as 120 items with specially curated street foods are available for no extra cost during this 12-day long food festival. Chennai has a special love for street food & so the brand decided to come up with this festival to serve the street food delicacies on your plate.
The ice cream counter is having cream rolls and many more, muskmelon and watermelon is a part of the cut fruits live counter. The local dishes likeidiyappam with egg curry are also avavailable. The paratha counter is all set to provide Mughlai Paratha on your plate. Bunny Chow (pav with mutton keema) and ice gola with three types of syrup are among the specialist.
If you are a street food lover then you can certainly start with Papdi chat, samosa chat, and DahiBhalla from the chat counter. Apart from this, steaming hot veg and non-vegmomo are to be served at the Momo counter.
Food safety and hygiene are the key elements during this festival, according to Absolute Barbecues. The brand doesn’t compromise with safety &hygiene at the same time they are determined to ensure the authentic taste and delicacies from the street.
To create a similar street-like ambiance, the brand has decided to serve the momos from the bicycle, on the other side the outlets are covered with different designing elements and decorations to go with the theme.
