A star-studded award function celebrating the finest from the entertainment fraternity curated by the dynamic entrepreneur Azubha.Y.A, honoured our favourite celebrities at Chennai. The event was graced by popular faces from both television and the movies; KPY fame Aadhavan & Naveen, VJ Pappu and Sai Sakthi and Vinoth Chiranjeevi among others.
The deserving award winners were:
1. Parvati Nair – Stylish Icon of the Year
Parvati Nair is a popular south actress well known for her superhit movies Yennai Arindhal, Utthama Villain in Tamil and many notable projects in Malayalam and Kannada. She recently acted in the blockbuster bollywood movie 83. Parvati has been a public favorite for her stellar acting and stylish persona.
2. Kaavya Arivumani – Star Icon of the Year
A TV starlet with memorable roles in Bharathi Kannamma and Pandian Stores, this gorgeous beauty forayed into Tamil cinema with Miral and Ripubury. In a short span of time, this talented actress has won several accolades and hearts.
3. Anjena Kirti – Rising Star of the Year
Anjena Kirti has worked mostly in tamil and telugu movies, a former Etihad Airways crew member, she gave up her job to pursue acting. She was appreciated for her roles in Live telecast, Maanadu and is currently shooting for The Trainers and Aram Sei.
4. Sherina – Youth Icon of the Year
Sherina is a model turned actress who won the prestigious Grazia Ford Supermodel of the year. She recently gained a lot of fame and fan support thanks to her participation in Tamil Bigg Boss 6.
5. Vedieka Dutt – TV Icon of the Year
Model turned actress Vedieka Dutt has more than 50 TV ads to her credit with top celebrities from Indian cinema, having worked with Amitabh Bachan, Rana Dagubaati, Pooja Hegde to Mouni Roy, and with several upcoming movies in her kitty, this dimpled bengali beauty is all set to scorch screens with her stunning persona and killer talent.
6. Showreel – Star Debut Magazine of the Year
