The Tamil Nadu based leading Manufacturing Industries Sakthi Masala, has been honoured with the prestigious Helen Keller Award 2024 in recognition of its exemplary contribution as a model organization in providing extensive employment opportunities for persons with disabilities.
The award ceremony was recently held at New Delhi. The award was presented at the ceremony by Dr. Rajesh Agarwal, Secretary, Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Affairs and Empowerment, Govt. of India, and Mr. Pradeep Gupta, Chairman, National Centre for Promotion of Employment Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, Govt. of India. Dr. P.C. Duraisamy, Managing Director,Sakthi Masala Group, received the award. Mrs. Sheetal Bathija, Director – Culture Lead, International Hubs, was also present.
