Chennai, 23rd December 2022: The Rotary Club of Madrasand Greater Chennai Corporation were proud to launch RMC’s Mobile Health Clinic on the 23rd of December, 2022 at the Ripon Building, Chennai. The clinic was inaugurated in the presence of Shri Shankar Lal Kumawat I.A.S, JointCommissioner (Health), Shri Gagandeep Singh Bedi (I.A.S. Principal Secretary/Commissioner), Ms. R. Priya (Honourable Mayor) and Rtn. Jayshree Sridhar (President of the Rotary Club of Madras)
The bus is fitted with the latest Dental chair and X-RAY also all other requisite equipment to treat school children. The vanwill go to all the Corporation schools in Chennai City and children will be given Dental Screening and treatment. It will go to 281 schools spread across the city and cater to approximately 99000 school children.
