In connection with the birthday celebrations of B.Nagireddy and in view of celebrating it on “Thiruvalluvar Day” the program conducted in zoom and in-person. KalaimamaniB.Nagireddy was instrumental for starting Paterson Cancer Center inaugurated by the then President of India Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam in the year 2003 in his premises, Vadapalani.
Paterson’s Kalaimamani Shri.B. Nagrireddy memorial “Life time Achievement Award” were given to Shri. SP Muthuraman, Shri. Ramacharyalu, Shri. Madurai K.Selvam, Shri . Isaikkavi Ramanan and Shri. Crazy Balaji.
Shri. SP Muthuraman an octogenarian and a very successful film director of yesteryears spoke about the Midas touch of Shri. B. Nagireddy in every field such as film production, book publications, business management and finance management and providing health care facilities for the needy public in the form of Vijaya group of Hospitals, vadapalani. He had a spiritual and religious bend of mind and was responsible for the vaikuntam complex in tirupati. Hence it is a great pleasure that he could participate and bless Paterson Cancer Center to grow in leaps and bounds and create a “Cancer Free Society”.
Dr. Usha Vijayaraghavan (Director) welcomed the awardees, Dr. S. Krishan (Director) presided over the function, Dr.S. Vijayaraghavan (Managing Director) thanked the awardee in the Thiruvalluvar Daycelebration.
