Chennai – India, February 2024: In an inspiring display of commitment to nurturing future
sporting talent, Nippon Paint (India) Private Limited (Decorative Division) hosted a special “Meet and Greet” event for the finalists of the Chennai Badminton tournament. The event was conducted along with the Chennai District Badminton Association and Referee Association. The young players had the unique opportunity to interact with badminton star Satwiksairaj Rankireddy, a true champion whose story embodies dedication and perseverance, with a touch of Nippon Paint magic.
The event buzzed with excitement as the rising stars of badminton met their idol. Satwiksairaj, a doubles specialist known for his electrifying smashes and strategic gameplay, engaged with the young badminton enthusiasts. Satwiksairaj spent the afternoon with the youngsters, sharing tips and watching them play their final match. He went on to award the winners Aadhavan Lesley and Laya Ajith Kumar and the runners-up R Taran Raj and Sri Meenakshi. K with winner trophies, individual medals, and certificates and congratulated them. He also shared a sneak peek into his own journey
to the top, emphasizing the importance of hard work, discipline, and the unwavering support of loved ones.

Nippon Paint officially signed the doubles pair Satwiksairak Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty in April 2023 and received the pendant logo position on the player’s jerseys across all BWF events.
