Chennai: Kitchen enthusiasts from all over the city hovered to Phoenix Marketcity to witness the Michelin star chef Vikas Khanna at his best at the specially curated masterclass.
The masterclass, in association with Maximus as collaboration partner and Crown Plaza Chennai Adyar Park as hospitality partner, who had their team of Chef’s – Executive Chef Manpreet Singh Malik and Executive Sous Chef Gobu Kumar along with Pastry Chef Karthik assisting Chef Vikas Khanna on stage.
Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Sabari Nair, Centre Director of Phoenix Marketcity said, “It was great to have Michelin Star Chef Vikas Khanna back with us in Chennai. He took the participants on a culinary journey as he elaborated on the nuances of cooking during the interactive session.”
It was a dream come true for food enthusiasts to learn hacks and secrets to present a stunning dish on the table. Vikas Khanna played with different cuisines, flavours, techniques and created an appetizing dish with the ingredients and tools that are available in every kitchen. It was an arena to learn, explore and play with food, colours and textures.
