Chennai , Feb 2023 : Karkinos Healthcare Pvt Ltd. and Vinayaka Mission’s Group including Vinayaka Mission’s Research Foundation (Deemed to be University) join hands to address the challenge of cancer care through the establishment of state-of-the-art oncology institute within the premises of Vinayaka Mission’s Institute of Medical Sciences (VIMS, a Corporate Hospital in Salem) and Aarupadai Veedu Medical College Hospital (AVMCH, Puducherry).
Vinayaka Medical Research Foundation (VMRF) is among the leading universities in India, offering diversified education across medicine, paramedicine, engineering, and technology to management.
Karkinos Healthcare, is a technology-led oncology platform with an end-to-end patient navigation support and advanced research and diagnostics facilities, headquartered in Mumbai.
“This strategic partnership will lay the groundwork for a fully integrated oncology institute in the hospital premise, at Salem and Puducherry with an aim of creating patient care model tailored to emerging market needs and also to enhance research capacity for Oncology.
