Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF), the CSR arm of Hyundai Motor India Limited, today announced the winners of globally renowned ‘H-Social Creator’ 2021. The most meaningful and pragmatic ideas (Wearable Prenatal Monitoring Device by Mr.Manobala S & Mr.Manoj M – Sethu Institute of Technology, Madurai and Anti-road intrusion system by Mr.Ayush Kale, IIT Bombay) were felicitated with a total seed capital of Rs. 15 Lakhs for development of the projects.
Inspired by our vision ‘Progress for Humanity’, H-Social Creator program brings together some of the most innovative minds in the country for generating ideas that trigger meaningful change for people and communities. For the 3rd consecutive year, HMIF brought young talent to the forefront which is geared towards fostering innovation centred around Road Safety, Environment, Clean India, and Healthcare. HSC 2021 saw students participating from over 150 recognised institutions and 10 finalists were shortlisted for the grand finale. The H-Social Creator 2021 Grand Finale was held in Chennai on March 26th and 27th, 2022. All 10 finalists were provided expert guidance by mentors from various fields.

We believe that the actionable ideas presented by the winners (Mr. Manobala S & Mr. Manoj M – Sethu Institute of Technology, Madurai and Mr.Ayush Kale- IIT Bombay) along with the finalists, have the potential to introduce innovations and technology that elevates communities and lives, displaying our commitment of going ‘Beyond Mobility’ and embracing Intelligent Technology, Sustainability and Innovation towards betterment of the society. Through this initiative, we honour the engagement of the bright minds who participated in H-Social Creator 2021.”
The H-Social Creator’ has witnessed immense growth over the last three years. It has become a catalyst for social transformation and will continue to serve as a platform to fulfil the vision of ‘Progress for Humanity’. HMIF through this initiative, has provided a consolidated platform to more than 3 lakh students across the country, encouraging them to deliver next-generation solutions for human welfare. The 10 best finalists entries across two zones (Zone 1-North & East and Zone 2 – West & South) ideated proposals to enable social inclusion, community upliftment, and improve human conditions at large. Thus, inculcating capabilities in our future generations, to overcome uncertainties and devise solutions for a better tomorrow.
