Global Healthcare Billing Partner (GHBP), a leading player in providing medical billing, coding, and accounts receivable management solutions and services to leading clients across the world, celebrated its 25th anniversary in a grand manner at Kamarajar Arangam in Chennai on Monday (May 27).
The event saw active participation from thousands of GHBP employees and their family members from various locations in India and abroad. It was graced by Infinitheism Founder Mahatria. Set under the theme ‘Celebrating Success Every Day’, the event was presided over by the company’s Chairman RK Jain and CEO and President Vishal Jain.
Employees attended the finale of GHBP’s 25th anniversary presented cultural programmes much to the delight of everyone, while the management honoured staff members who are part of the company for 5, 10, 15, and 20 years with Long Service Awards. Parents of GHBP’s strategy team (STeam) were called on stage and honoured.
In his address, GHBP President and CEO Vishal Jain said, “At Global, we have built together an open and transparent culture. Everyone at Global speaks the very same language. We were able to build trust and confidence of our clients, our employees, and our stakeholders. We believe in two-way communication. We believe in complete work-life balance. We take complete responsibility of our actions. Global values loyalty more than anything else which is why our retention rate is one of the highest in the industry.”
Stating that 55% of Global workforce is women, Vishal said they all feel Global is the safest place to work. “Our industry is evolving very fast. Currently AI is the new buzzword, everyone talks about it. Global has invested heavily in AI and other technologies. You may have some insecurities about AI. But our clients and I are confident that while AI can certainly improve our quality, efficiency and productivity, it can’t replace humans. Your job is well-secured. We have moved from services company to solution company. We have our own SAAS product Claimocity which is being used by more than 1100 doctors,” Vishal added.
Speaking on the occasion, Mahatria said, “If you don’t get the right values and principles of life early, knowing all these in 50 or 55 is of no use, it is an opportunity missed. Dream, channelise your time into learning and developing your competence, be loyal to the management you work for. Even if God has to bless you with abundance, He has to give it to you through the work you do.”
He added: “Develop some good loyal system, surround yourself with top performing friends and right-minded people. Global is the only organisation that takes care of employees’ family in case of a disaster. This is the only organisation that honours parents of employees. Global should be celebrating one of its anniversaries where employees meet in a stadium, not in an auditorium. Global can achieve it.”
