Available exclusively for dinner, this experience will showcase the rich heritage of Thai cuisine, crafted with Fireback’s signature fire-grilled technique and contemporary finesse.
Fireback is an exciting Thai restaurant and bar with the legendary Chef David Thompson as Culinary Director and Chef Kaustubh Haldipur as Brand Chef. Hidden behind an old Portuguese bungalow, Fireback serves authentic Thai food at a picturesque riverside setting in Siolim, Goa. The name is inspired by the Thai national bird, the Siamese Fireback, and reflects the fire-grilled cooking behind many of the dishes.

For three nights only, diners in Chennai will have the opportunity to savour Fireback’s celebrated menu, featuring a thoughtfully curated selection. The vegetarian set menu begins with Ma Hor, featuring pineapple, cherry tomato, and palm sugar, alongside Raw Papaya Som Tam and Grilled Sweet Potato with gorlae sauce. Guests can then savour the comforting Coconut & Galangal Soup before moving on to mains like Banana Leaf-Wrapped Tofu in red curry marinade, Dry Panaeng Curry of Raw Banana, and Green Curry, all served with steamed jasmine rice. The non-vegetarian set menu highlights Grilled Southern Lamb with gorlae sauce and Banana Leaf-Wrapped Seabass in red curry marinade. For a richer flavour, guests can enjoy the Dry Panaeng Curry of Pulled Pork. To conclude, the dessert selection features Cashew Nut Pudding with caramelized taro, Coconut & Jaggery Ice Cream, and Tropical Fruits with perfumed syrup and crushed ice.
