Its main manufacturing plant unit is located at Sriperumbudur in Tamil Nadu.
As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility program, the company has provided an Air Conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, toys and groceries and also constructed a small playground for Holy Apostles Convent Children in Chennai. At a ceremony held on 03.12.2022, Mr. Lee Dong Hyoung, Vice Chairman of Daebu Automotive Seat India Pvt Ltd (DAS),handed over these household appliances to Sister SahayamTheresha, Custodian of the Holy Apostles’ convent.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Lee Dong Hyoung, Vice Chairman of Daebu Automotive Seat India Pvt Ltd (DAS)said, India has always been a fascinating country for Koreans. The two countries have been cooperating for a long time in the fields of culture, language, trade, and economy. We are very happy to organize our Corporate Social Responsibility program this year in India and specifically in Tamil Nadu. We hope that these household products provided by us will fulfill the long-term needs of these children. We are always keen to do various welfare schemes for the needy.
Holy Apostles Convent is located in St Thomas Mount, Chennai and 30 plus destitute children live in this home. Daebu Automotive Seat India Pvt Ltd (DAS) employees and local people participated in the distribution event. Sister SahayaTheresha, the custodian of Holy Apostles Convent who received the welfare assistance, thanked everyone who participated in this program.
