The soothing aromas and tantalising taste of our impeccable dishes will teleport your senses to the land of Punjab, bestowing you with sheer nostalgia and an exemplary experience.  The Residency at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park is hosting Pind Da Swad. Chef Hardev Singh from Crowne Plaza Greater Noida has been roped in for this festival to ensure the creation of dishes par excellence in order to provide the gourmands in order to provide an authentic culinary experience of Punjab Region.

Guest Chef Hardev Singh is at the helm of Pind Da Swad at The Residency known for his innovative and nostalgic take on Indian food, he has curated an array of authentic dishes right from the heart of Punjab. He leaves no stone unturned to cater to you, and explains in great depth the origins and spices of every dish. The waiting staff and excellent service further compliment the lavish meal. The menu offers Kesar alli lassi, Paye da Shorba, Makkai da ras, Bhatti ka murgh, Amritsari machli, Hare matar di tikki, Aachari paneer tikka, Makki Di Roti te Sarsoon da saag liveKadhai paneer, Hing dhaniye de chatpate aloo, chaunke baigan,Ajwaini sookhi subzi,Punjabi Rajma, Kadhi pakora, Moge wala murgh Biryani ,Achari machli,  Tawa seekh masala,Matar ale chaul. Tawa Meat Live (Parantha station) ,   Bhatti /Tawe ton, Makki di Roti, Amritsari kulcha,Lacchi Paronthi,Choor choor naan,Phulka,Poori and the desserts consists of

Speaking on the menu Chef Hardev Singh stated,” I am excited to be a part of this food festival which is happening at Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar Park and fortunate enough to get a chance to serve authentic Punjabi food to Chennaites. Known for the innovation and nostalgic take on Indian food, I have curated an array of authentic dishes right from the heart of Punjab.
