Head Chef of Fipola Karthik prepared and taught four scrumptious South American dishes at the Fipola Terrace for a special set of people who enjoyed the evening making Seafood Paella, Chicken Quesadillas from scratch, lamb pesto puffs and Raw mango Gazpacho. The chef had the honor of cooking with food enthusiasts, bloggers and socialites.

The evening was very interactive with every one joining in with chef and cooking as per his instructions. The hit of the evening were the seafood Paella which is similar to a seafood biryani with crabs, squid, fish, prawns and scallops. Basics of making a tortilla was also taught to the crowd who were very excited as it was made from scratch. The evening also had a special chicken pickle that was given as a takeaway for people to enjoy! Nothing tastes better than some spicy south american cuisine on a hot summer day in Chennai and the mango Gazpacho was a great complement to beat the heat with a touch of spice.
