சென்னை மே 2023:  உள்ளூர் மொழியில் கல்வியை வழங்கவேண்டும் என்ற வாக்காளரான உள்துறை அமைச்சர்அமித்ஷாவின் தேசியகல்விக் கொள்கையில் (NEP) அழியாதமுத்திரை ரவீந்திரநாத் தாகூரின் தத்துவத்தால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டுஉள்ளூர் மொழியில் கல்வி கற்பதை வலியுறுத்துகிறது. குருதேவ் ரவீந்திரநாத் தாகூர் எப்போதும் தாய்மொழியில்கல்வி கற்பதில் அதிக முக்கியத்துவம் கொடுத்தார். ஒருகுழந்தையின் சிந்தனை மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி திறன்கடுமையாக கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது, அவரால் / அவள் தனதுதாய்மொழியில் பேச முடியாது. உள் அமைச்சர் ஷாவின்சிந்தனையில் உருவான புதிய கல்விக் கொள்கை, குருதேவின் சிந்தனைகளிலிருந்து உத்வேகம் பெற்றுதாய்மொழியில் கல்விக்கு முக்கியத்துவம் அளித்துள்ளது. ரவீந்திரநாத்தின் அழியாத படைப்புகளின் ஆர்வமுள்ளவாசகர், ஷா ரவீந்திரநாத் தாகூரின் உண்மையான சீடர்மற்றும் அரசியல் உட்பட பல்வேறு அம்சங்களில் குருதேவின்தத்துவத்தின் உறுதியான நம்பிக்கை கொண்டவர். NEP என்பது தாகூரின் தத்துவத்தின் அடிப்படையில் உள்ளது, இது குழந்தையின் சிந்தனை மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும்அவரது உள்நிலையை ஆராயும் திறனைத் தூண்டுகிறது. கல்வியில் தாய்மொழியைப் பயன்படுத்தும் குருதேவரின்அணுகுமுறை உலக நாடுகளுக்கு முன் மாதிரியாக உள்ளது.வெளிநாட்டுக் கல்வி மற்றும் பல்கலைக்கழகங்களைஊக்குவிப்பதே நமது கல்விமுறையின் குறிக்கோளாகக்கருதப்படுவதை அவர் நிராகரித்தார். இந்த புதுமையானகல்விக்கருத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியவர் குருதேவ்ரவீந்திரநாத் தாகூர். தாகூர் சாந்தி நிகேதனில் பாரம்பரிய இந்திய அறிவைசமகால கற்றல் முறைகளுடன் இணைத்தார். ஆன்மாஆய்வுக்கு தாய்மொழியைப் பயன்படுத்துவதன்முக்கியத்துவத்தை அவர் வலியுறுத்தினார். பிரதமர் நரேந்திரமோடி இந்த யோசனைகளால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டதால், தேசியக்கல்விக் கொள்கையில் தாக்கம் ஏற்பட்டது. இவ்வாறுஷாகூறினார். சாந்தி நிகேதனை உருவாக்க நோபல் பரிசுத்தொகையைப்பயன்படுத்துவது அந்தக் காலத்தில் ஒரு அற்புதமானதாகக்கருதப்படவில்லை என்று ஷா கூறினார். தாகூர், இந்தியாவின் சாரத்தை உலகின் பிற பகுதிகளுக்குவெளிப்படுத்துவதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டிருந்தார், மேலும் மாணவர்களை பாரம்பரிய பாடங்களிலிருந்துவிடுவித்து, தனக்குள்ளேயே அறிவைப் பின்தொடர்வதைஊக்குவிப்பதன் மூலம் அவர்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிக்கபாடுபட்டார். சாந்தி நிகேதனில் கவி குருவால் அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்பட்டகல்வி முறையானது மனித ஆற்றலின் வளர்ச்சியில் கவனம்செலுத்தியது மற்றும் பிரிட்டிஷ் முறை மற்றும் கிளி கற்றல்முறைகளிலிருந்து வேறுபட்டது. இந்தியாவின் ஆன்மாவைஉலகுக்கு அறிமுகப்படுத்திய குருதேவரின் பாரம்பரியம்கொண்டாடப்படவேண்டும். ஜமீன்தார் குடும்பத்தில் இருந்துவந்திருந்தாலும், ரவீந்திரநாத் உலகின் சாதாரண மக்களின்எண்ணங்களை வெளிப்படுத்த முடிந்தது. ரவீந்திரநாத் ஒருஉலகளாவிய ஆளுமை, அவர் இந்தியாவிலும் உலகஅளவிலும் கலைக்கு பங்களித்தார். சாந்தி நிகேதனில் நடத்தப்பட்ட கல்விச் சோதனைகள்உலகளவில் கல்வியாளர்களுக்கு ஒரு முன்னுதாரணமாகஅமைந்து கல்வி பற்றிய புதிய பார்வையை வழங்குகின்றன.இந்தியாவின் கல்வித்துறையில் உள்ளவர்கள்சாந்திநிகேதன் பரிசோதனையை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்குபொறுப்பேற்க வேண்டும் மற்றும் அதற்கு உலகளாவியமுக்கியத்துவம் கொடுக்க வேண்டும் என்று ஷா கூறுகிறார். கருத்துகளை பரிமாறிக் கொள்ளும் ஊடகமாகபல்கலைக்கழகம் செயல்பட வேண்டும். குருதேவின்கருத்துக்கள் இந்தியாவைத் தொடர்ந்து வழிநடத்துகின்றனஎன்றும், அரசியல், சமூக வாழ்க்கை, கலை மற்றும்தேசபக்திக்கான அவரது சுதந்திரமான சிந்தனைஅணுகுமுறை அவரை இன்றைய குறுகிய மனப்பான்மைகொண்ட அரசியல்வாதிகளிடமிருந்து வேறுபடுத்துகிறதுஎன்றும் ஷா கூறினார். குருதேவின் கருத்துக்கள் இன்றும்பொருத்தமானதாகவும், ஊக்கமளிப்பதாகவும் இருக்கின்றன, ஷாவின் கூற்றுப்படி, இந்தியாவிற்கும் உலகிற்கும் ஒருபொக்கிஷம்.
