Sienna at Focaccia: Kolkata Meets Chennai in a Unique Culinary Collaboration

After an exciting year of celebrating Bengal’s culinary diversity, the team at Sienna Calcutta is bringing its distinct flavours to Chennai for the first time. In collaboration with Hyatt Regency Chennai, Sienna is set to curate a spectacular 10-course tasting menu on the 6th and 7th of December, 2024, at Focaccia.

Featuring Sienna’s head chefs, Avinandan and Koyel, alongside chefs Sourav and Tina, this collaboration promises a dining experience that seamlessly blends the richness of Bengal’s culinary heritage with contemporary techniques. Known for their award-winning restaurant and design studio in Kolkata, Sienna is excited to showcase their celebrated ingredient-focused, artful creations, in Focaccia’s elegant setting.

Chef Avinandan shared, “This pop-up is not just about food; it’s about telling stories of the land, its ingredients, and the people who make it special. We’re proud to bring Bengal’s seasonal bounty to Chennai and share it with a new audience.”
