The Tamil Nadu Association of Training and Placement Officers (TNATPO®), in collaboration with SBS and Talent India 5.0, successfully hosted The Futuristic HR Code Conclave 5.0 at the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras (TTJ Auditorium) recently.
The conclave brought together academic leaders, HR professionals, and industry experts to reimagine the future of work and employability in India.
Keynote Highlights
The highlight of the conclave was the keynote address by Prof. V. Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras, who shared a thought-provoking perspective on the essence of human capital.
> “Decoding human is not about resumes or profiles, but about ensuring cohesiveness by giving opportunities to rural talents who are brilliant, hardworking, and full of potential.”
Prof. Kamakoti emphasized that: Collective wisdom thrives through interdependence, not independence.
IIT Madras’ cohesive culture has been pivotal in sustaining its #1 position in the NIRF rankings. Organizational success depends on employee loyalty, with 60–70% retention as a strong benchmark. HR must tap into Tier-2 & Tier-3 talent pools and integrate them into the mainstream workforce.
Models like Zoho Schools and IITM’s BS in Data Science program showcase how rural students can excel when given the right opportunities.
Special Report Launch
The conclave also witnessed the release of a landmark publication — “The Superstar State – NIRF Needle is on Tamil Nadu 2025.” The report was launched by Prof. V. Kamakoti, in the presence of Dr. Ganesh Krish, Conference Chair & President – TNATPO, and Director, BSA Crescent University, along with senior academic and industry leaders.
This exclusive study captures Tamil Nadu’s exceptional performance in the NIRF 2025 National Rankings, underscoring the state’s consistent leadership in:
