The award was finalized by a distinguished jury chaired by Hon’ble Justice Uday U. Lalit, former Chief Justice of India.

The award trophy and certificate will be presented to Heritage Foods Limited at a specially organized ceremony on November 4, 2025, in London, during IOD India’s 2025 Annual London Global Convention on Corporate Governance & Sustainability. The event, scheduled from November 4-7, 2025, will provide Heritage Foods with a platform to showcase its innovative corporate governance initiatives to a global audience.
