Good nutrition is more than just a personal choice. It’s a foundation for success, especially for young college students stepping into adulthood. With busy schedules, academic pressure, and newfound independence, students often neglect their health, leading to issues like low hemoglobin, fatigue, and underweight conditions.

Proper nutrition not only improves physical health but also boosts focus, memory, and emotional well-being. Creating awareness now helps students form lifelong healthy habits, reduce the risk of lifestyle diseases, and perform better both in academics and life.
Recognizing this, CTTE College recently launched a Nutrition Awareness Programme after a blood donation camp revealed that many students were unfit to donate due to poor nutritional health. The campaign, led by B. Com Corporate Secretaryship students, aims to educate peers on the importance of balanced meals, healthy snacking, and hydration.
A healthy student is a successful student and awareness is the first step.
