Industry Readiness and Placement Programme at CTTE College for Women

Chevalier T. Thomas Elizabeth College for Women marked a milestone with its student placements in the automobile industry, underscoring its commitment to women’s empowerment, industry-academia collaboration, and career readiness.

Organized in collaboration with Tamil Nadu Auto Skills, the Industry Readiness and Placement Programme included soft skills training for 50 students, led by experts Mrs. NiharikaaRoshan, Mrs. Buvaneswari Saravanan, Ms. Manokari, Mr. Joshwin Joseph, and Mr. Praveen Kumar. Sessions focused on communication, interview preparedness, professionalism, and confidence-building, equipping students for success in non-traditional sectors.

Mrs. Niharikaa Roshan’s keynote address emphasized the expanding role of women in the automobile sector, highlighting inclusivity, innovation, and leadership. Mrs. BuvaneswariSaravanan inspired students to leverage government skill initiatives and embrace emerging opportunities in EV and automation.

The college also hosted a campus recruitment drive featuring top firms like TVS Group, Quess Corp, Zudio, Amtex Digital, and Visa Insurance, offering roles across IT, administration, customer support, and automotive operations.

This initiative reflects CTTE College’s strategic focus on employability enhancement, skill development, and diversified career pathways for women.
