Adding a unique twist to this culinary voyage, each day of the festival will feature a distinct curated set menu named after iconic rivers of Tamil Nadu – Bhavani, Vaigai, Amaravathi, Thamirabharani, and Siruvani – reflecting the rich diversity and depth of Thamizh cuisine. From nostalgic street eats to festive favourites, each menu offers a fresh new experience daily for both lunch and dinner.

Meet the Culinary Maestro: Chef Devagi Sanmugam Known as the “Spice Queen of Singapore”, is a celebrated culinary educator, author of 22 cookbooks, and a global consultant with over four decades of experience. She has taught and cooked across continents, developed recipes and products for major international brands, and appeared in numerous cooking shows. Her vibrant passion for spices and Asian cuisine continues to inspire young chefs through her workshops, writings, and personalized dining experiences.
