India – 28 April 2025 – Conrad Hotels & Resorts unveiled its second edition of ‘The Art of Experiential Dining’ series in Asia Pacific, a regional culinary experience that blends tradition with creativity and immersive storytelling, andinvites guests to explore the soul of each destination through the universal language of food.
After a successful debut at Conrad Pune on 11th April 2025, this unique dining experience took centre stage at Conrad Bengaluru on 25th April 2025. Partnering with one of India’s foremost food historians, Anoothi Vishal, and the culinary expertise of executive chef Mohammed Eliyaz, this edition drew from the grandeur of 19th-century royal Indian banquets. Together, they reimagined regal feasts with Conrad’s bold, contemporary flair, breathing new life into time-honored recipes and age-old techniques.
Guests were taken on a flavorful journey with dishes like Chowk Ki Tikiya, Bhuney Parsinde, Safed Qorma Rezala, andShahi Tukda Double Ka Meetha, where each course waspaired with evocative stories of culinary evolution. From Mughal Delhi and Nawabi Lucknow to the refinement of French-influenced courts and cultural melting pot of Calcutta, the menu traced a tapestry of tastes and tales.
Candice D’Cruz, vice president, Luxury Brands, Asia Pacific, Hilton, shared “The energy and incredible feedback from our debut at Conrad Pune left us truly enthused. We are now excited to bring ‘The Art of Experiential Dining’ to Bengaluru, as we continue this series across Asia Pacific.”
She added, “At Conrad Hotels & Resorts, we see dining as a gateway to discovery – where flavors, stories, and traditions converge in bold yet refined ways. Each city brings its own rhythm and richness, and Bengaluru is no exception. As part of the dining experience at Conrad Bengaluru, select guests were invited to delve into the city’s rich cultural fabric through curated experiences designed around one, three, or five-hour windows.
