IIT-supported initiative fosters innovation across Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala
PALS, an IIT Alumni Initiative, successfully hosted the Grand Finale of innoWAH, its flagship innovation competition, at IIT Madras Campus, Chennai. The day-long event showcased innovative prototypes from 62 teams representing 41 engineering colleges, culminating a year-long journey of innovation and mentorship.
This year’s theme, “Technology Driven Transformation – VIKSIT BHARAT@2047,” inspired students to develop innovative solutions, demonstrating their creativity and technical expertise. The chief guest, Mr. Suresh Ramanujam, Founder and MD, Metis, awarded prizes and certificates to the winners, recognizing their outstanding achievements.
