This special menu is a harmonious fusion of Thai and Japanese flavors, crafted to honor our cherished guests who have supported us over the past five years curated by Chef Ann (Chef de Cuisine, Thai) and Chef Ganesh Sonari (Chef de Cuisine, Koox).
The name “Koi” symbolizes the auspiciousness of the Japanese lucky fish, reflecting how fortunate we feel for the love and patronage from our loyal customers. “Khao,” meaning rice in Japanese, signifies the essential staple in their cuisine.
As we expertly blend these exquisite Thai and Japanese flavors, our vision extends beyond a mere menu launch.
