Chennai October 2022: AirPhysio has partnered with Medsmart to bring an Australian
multi-award-winning respiratory devices to India to help change people’s lives.
After expanding from 5 countries to over 100 in the past 2 years and helping over 2 million
people to improve their quality of life, AirPhysio is now available in India.
In the presence of Suneeta Reddy, Managing Director, Apollo Hospitals, Brett Lee, an
Australian Cricketing Legend launched the AirPhysio and Better Breathing product range
launch on Saturday the 8th October at the Hotel Taj Coromandel, Chennai.
Paul O’Brien, Global CEO of the AirPhysio and Better Breathing Group said “this is truly a
prestigious occasion and we are proud to be partnering with Medsmart and Tech Partner
with Apollo Group to help change lives in India”.
AirPhysio is currently working with the University of Sharjah in the UAE for a clinical trial
for helping Long COVID patients.
We are also working with MGM College of Physical Therapy in Mumbai for a clinical trial
for people who have survived ventilator conditions.
Some of these conditions include Post Tuberculosis treatment, Malaria Associated ARDS and many other respiratory conditions with mucus dysfunction issues.
These trials are designed to see how the AirPhysio device can potentially help expedite
people’s recovery from their respiratory condition and release them sooner from hospitals.

want to see how our devices can help make a bigger impact in India” said Paul O’Brien.
AirPhysio has received international Best Product awards in China, NSW and Australian
Export awards and the AIBCA – SME of the Year Awards for 2022.
They work with Investment NSW and Austrade and have been selected for a number of case
studies in India and the Middle East for their success and passion for their helping people
and the communities.
AirPhysio has also helped release a Sporting Performance Product called Better Breathing
Sport which has also helped one of India’s elite swimming champions.
