M/s Rams Real Estates Ltd is a pioneer in Chennai real estate industry from 1959 and developed more than 5mn sft of saleable area for about 10000 customers in over 400 projects. M/s M20 Urban spaces LLP is the real estate arm of Mohan Mutha Group (MMG) having interests in multiple businesses.
Now both companies have come together under the new initiative are aiming to undertake redevelopment residential apartment projects of one million sft in coming five years. Few projects of 3.0 lakhs sft developable area identified under this joint venture are at various stages of development.
On the occasion of the announcement, Mr Suresh Mutha, Executive Director of MMG group mentioned that the collaboration is a major mile stone for both organisations as financial strength and vast real estate experience of both complement each other to make a better impact with execution possibility of large projects.
Mr Venkataram Ravi Krishnan, Managing Director of M/s Rams Real Estates Ltd revealed that Chennai Real Estate landscape would see major landmark projects under this joint arrangement and wish to extend the presence to other cities soon. He also mentioned that the unblemished past track record of Rams Real Estates Ltd would bring more credibility to redevelopment projects in Chennai.
