He has worked with some of the finest hotel chains in India, namely – Marriott International, Hyatt Hotels, Taj Hotels & Resorts, The Leela Palace, & ITC Hotels.
Amit is known for his dynamic leadership and strategic thinking in overall hotel operations. Committed to guest satisfaction, he has maintained the highest level of guest satisfaction and introduced innovative service designs and personalized amenities to enhance experiences.
His expertise includes managing substantial budgets and overseeing revenue while ensuring strong profit margins. Amit champions teamwork and employee engagement along with leading regular operations and enhance performance within the team to cultivate talent.
An alumnus of IIAS Siliguri, he has also graduated from the Calcutta University. A comforting soul with an affable personality, he is deeply passionate about people and their development.
A sports lover, he also loves traveling, exploring concoctionsand reading.
