He shared his various real time experiences in the police department and the importance of intrapreneurship to be successful at any job. The evening concluded with an interactive session with the students of LIBA.
Dr.C.Sylendrababu, IPS, ADGP said, “I am very happy to be present at LIBA and addressing the management students on intrapreneurship. Intrapreneurs are highly self motivated, proactive, action oriented and take initiatives. To be a successful intrapreneur, one must always try something new and believe that change is important. Google and Sun Microsystems are classic example of intrapreneurship where the employees were encouraged to develop their own ideas. One should be aware of the ideas that come to their mind, ready to experiment and review the result in achieving their goal.”
