The launch of Gourmet bar menu on 22nd June at the brand new Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road showcased an amalgamation of varied varieties of home baked breads, healthy ingredients like quinoa, barley, cous cous, abundant vegetarian proteins like assorted lentils, garbanzo beans, meat proteins like smoked salmon, mortadella, chorizo and prosciutto de parma, roast vegetables and an array of greens to choose from the spectacular salad counter. Speciality burgers, sandwiches, pastas and wraps were amongst the favourites for the afternoon and were cooked a la minut for the discerning guests that afternoon. Refreshing assortments of mocktails and speciality coffees ensured guests had enough hydration through out the event. The event came to a grand finale with a delectable selection of desserts, specially curated for the afternoon by Chef Kalai.
