KoKo – A Pantomime show with shadow play, Gymnastics, Clowning, Dance and Aerial Act and mime performance was held at the Smt. Sivagami Pethachi Auditorium.

The Plot tells a tale of a hen (Chikki) and its chick (KoKo). Chikki befriends a performer (Joe), a clown (Joko) and a singer (Raga) who helps her from a storm. The story revolves around how they become inseparable and Chikki’s ambition for KoKo.

The Performance has been devised to discuss the upbringing of children in a modern scenario and is a take on the educational system prevalent in society. It tells children about the need to choose and work at everything as opportunities are a plenty in the modern age, while for parents it tells them not to force their idea and ambitions on their children.

The show is also a showcase of the four art forms (mime, shadow play, clown theatre and pantomime).
